The Confederation of North, Central America, and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) is one of FIFA’s six governing bodies for association football, representing 41 member associations from the region.

Data was collected and stored manually using Excel sheets, with some data received via email and others through external storage devices, creating an inconsistent and fragmented process.
Accreditation requirements and access control processes varied significantly across different events and venues, leading to inefficiencies.
Introducing end-users to new processes for data collection presented additional challenges in adapting to the updated systems.

A full self-managed system is now functioning with minimal support from
our side.
