Located in the vibrant city of Dubai, this state-of-the-art, air-conditioned multipurpose arena boasts a seating capacity of up to 17,000, making it a premier destination for large-scale events. From concerts to sporting events and exhibitions, this venue has become a hub for world-class gatherings.
We are proud to have successfully managed the accreditation process for approximately 40 major events held at this iconic arena, ensuring efficient access control and a seamless experience for all attendees. As we look ahead, we are excited to continue delivering our services for many more successful events to come, contributing to the ongoing success of this world-renowned venue.
THE CHALLENGE
No proper accreditation process in place.
No reporting options since accreditation was done manually.
During event times, long queues with an average waiting time of 3-5 minutes per person were the norm.
A proper vetting procedure was not set in place and if there were late submissions of names, it was too late to change anything.
Procedures in place were inefficient and prone to errors.

THE SOLUTION
The deployment of zones to restrict, limit, and segregate access waseffectively implemented.
With our system, they could accurately track their staff on the premises
in real time.
With our ESSPass solution, all passes are sent digitally and can be used via our app.
​We installed and customized an automated system that registers both
full-time and event-specific staff.
By incorporating an access control scanning solution, we were able tosecurely verify arrivals and reduce the entry times from 3-5 minutes to3-5 seconds.
We gave them the tools to generate customizable reports for eventsand for event phases (bump-in /event days/bump-out).
THE LEGACY
Due to the successful implementation of the accreditation system, the venue is now safer while the processes and communication are more streamlined and efficient. Suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders can now access the venue in a fast and secure way.
By adopting our more environmentally friendly approach, printed paper lists were no longer needed. Through our electronic systems and effective protocols, the venue was able to incorporate a more professional approach to their clients.
